  • Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Return Period: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Certain items, such as opened seed packets, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order details:

Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the items back to us. Please ensure that you pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return Label: For your convenience, we can provide a return shipping label at your request, with the cost deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used seed packets.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
